Our home at the 'Players Theatre'

The Players home is at the 'Players Theatre', located in the centre of town, just around the corner from the Marina Theatre, having been based at our previous Headquarters in Stradbroke Road, Pakefield, for over 33 years

Following numerous hours of hard work from our very supportive membership, the former Seamans Mission has been converted into a spectacular home - the Players Theatre, providing our award winning society with an exciting future.

Whilst retaining its history, this magnificent building has been transformed into a versatile two hundred seater performing space, along with two rehearsal studios, entertaining space, a stage, props store along with catering facilities and a licensed bar. Our Theatre Space is available to hire and hosts all kinds of events, functions and performances.

The Lowestoft Players have a excellent reputation providing decades of entertainment to a range of audiences.

Our membership, with decades of experience, take delight in producing high quality musicals, pantomimes, plays and reviews each offering a unique and captivating experience. It doesn't just stop on the stage though, as significant time and investment goes into providing top-notch scenery, props, costumes and technical elements rivalling many professional productions.

With shows constantly being produced, it’s no wonder our audiences return again and again.

The Stage Is Set!
